TOCHIGI CITY AUTUMN FEESTIVAL

This is one of annual festivals in Tochigi city, held on the 13th and 14th of November. The festival features over 10 meter tall festival floats.

Tochigi city can be easily accessed from Tokyo by Tobu Line.
